One month of rent, held in a rental deposit account at a bank. The money stays yours and is back in your account after handover. We keep nothing for "administration".

Yes. All rooms are approved for official residence registration with the residents registration office — including weekly residence. You receive the necessary confirmation when signing the contract.

You choose when signing: 14 or 30 days notice. On any date, not only at the end of the month. So you are not tied to anything — and if you stay, we reward it: from month 13 you pay 50 francs less.

Heating, water and electricity, fast Wi-Fi, the Serafe fee and cleaning of the shared areas. Plus the complete furnishing and the equipped kitchen. One amount per month, nothing else.

Adults who work or study, between 25 and 55. We do not group people by origin, religion, gender or way of life — but by everyday rhythm: who gets up early, who likes to cook, who needs quiet.

Cats and small dogs in some of our flats, provided the flatmates agree. Ask about it in your enquiry and we will only show you suitable rooms.

Nothing. The flats are ours and we let them ourselves. No agency fee, no processing fee, no charge for the contract.

No. Bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, shelf, lamps and curtains are already there. You bring dishes, pans and your personal belongings.

For some of the properties yes, usually for a small surcharge. Bicycle parking is included everywhere. Ask us about the specific room.
